Joe is the first team coach for Lossiemouth FC. He brings with him a wealth of experience at many levels of football as a player and coach. Due to a lack of opportunities in his home area of Ayrshire Joe started playing at senior level when aged 21. The lack of opportunities is something that drives him now to build teams (U13s-Senior) from local talent at Lossiemouth FC. In 1993 Joe played in the Ayrshire Amateur Premier and First Division. Joe also played Sunday League until joining the Royal Air Force at age 23. Between 1997-1999 he played for RAF Leuchars and Guardbridge UTD. Joe helped Guardbridge get to the League Cup Final but missed the final due to being on detachment with the RAF. However, the team won the cup final 1-0 at the Old Baymen in East Fife. During this period Joe began an U10s team for RAF Leuchars but had to hand over the reins when posted to Cosford. In 2000 Joe was posted to RAF Lossiemouth and played for the RAF Lossiemouth Juniors. During this time Joe was also the Captain, Player Manager amongst many other admin roles. Around this time Joe was offered the role as a Coach by then Lossiemouth FC Manager Charlie Charlesworth which was a role Joe stayed in for two seasons. Joe represented RAF Scotland & Northern Island in the Whyte Cup. Coaching Timeline:
